“I pledge to represent, promote, and protect my client’s interests as though they are my own.”
Living in the serene, rolling beauty of Holly wood Hill, Pam is a successful Managing Broker. She has the distinct honor of living on the border of both hills – Hollywood Hill in Woodinville, 98072 and English Hill in Redmond, 98052. The goal of this blog is to stay in touch with daily life apart from the real estate market which you can visit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the beginning…It was in 1983 that my new husband and I set out to buy our first home. What a learning curve and nearly fatal financial decision. That is when I signed up for real estate classes and decided that no one in my business would ever go through that kind of experience. My vow of taking care of people and obtaining the highest percentage of sales on my listings possible is still true today.
As a managing broker in my 20th year and a graduate of UCLA, I face the unexpected in an exciting market. I have worked as a researcher and educator who translates those gifts and talents for details to educate my clients and help families move ahead in their personal goals. My business is referral-based and depends on providing “extreme” service. Some professional associations include NAR, WAR, SKCAR, NWMLS, ASP, UCLA Alumni Association, 100% Club, National Listing Award Grand Prize Finalist, and SRES.
All local and national real estate web sites pull from the Multiple Listing Service. Rather than duplicate those many links, instead, I want you to know what I think about and how I work on a daily basis. Please enjoy this personal blog and I encourage you to connect with the Managing Broker who cares at 425.922.9344 or email@example.com.
